We had an amazing time...

Liked: The location was excellent! It was so easy for us to get to the hotel and travel around the city walking, or train or tram.

Liked: Proximity to circular quay
Disliked: The carpet and curtains were in poor shape, exhaust in bathroom room. 303 was loud

Disliked: Difficult to find, had to ask in a shop for directions!Property is tired, could do with a bit of love.Lives on its location rather than its wow factor.

Liked: Excellent location, comfortable room but the air conditioner poured water out of the roof so turned it off.

Our stay was comfortable and...

Liked: Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was lovely although it smelt a bit damp (old building smell) and could have done with a bit of a revamp of bathroom and carpet.
Disliked: On reflection I should have booked somewhere that provided breakfast. Other than that see above.

Wedding guests

Liked: I liked the location
Disliked: I didn't like the Wilson's parking at all I parked in the wrong wilsons car park it costed me 79 dollars for 4 hours then I drove to the right car park at the hotel and they revalidated the parking card I had for the same price bit of a joke considering I was there for my wedding day..... and also there was a clogged drain in front of our room where water was pooling up they did fix that though bit of a pain...
