Liked: Reception, foyer area was beautiful. Restaurant staff were nice.
Disliked: No communication between staff. Had issues with room change and no communication between staff . Continually asked tge same qs about our room. Lack of cleaning staff to service rooms. Maintenance needed on rooms

Dissapointed for a $300+ /...

Liked: We were staying in one of the new updated rooms. The bed was horrible, could feel the springs.It was pretty wild weather throughout our stay the balcony door whistled like an old school kettle from the wind, rather annoying.The sound on the TV is crap and the remote is so old you can't see the symbols.Pretty dissapointed.
Disliked: The breaky was great
