Best Location Quality Accommodation

Liked: Tony in concierge is an absolute delight such a wonderful man he engaged with everyone in the foyer and gave us his time to help us have a very memorable few days in the city of Melbourne. The maintenance man keeps the lifts the stairs so shiny and was a lovely man too. Check in was smooth and easy.
Disliked: The towel rail, toilet paper holder and mixer tap in the bathroom 921 seemed loose however they all worked .. windows on Flinders were very dirty on the outside and I realise that can't be helped

Clean good Hotel

Liked: The food at the wedding in the heritage room on the night of 23/8/2025 was excellent. The room came with a decent iron and ironing board. The staff was incredibly helpful. The location was excellent.
Disliked: The area around the toilet got very wet after a shower and the single foot towel was inadequate. The automatic light in the bathroom kept turning off, it was difficult to get it to turn on when there was alot of steam.

Liked: Room was very mice, although small. Location was excellent, walk out of the hotel 200 metres from Flinders station. Breakfast was very nice. Again location location location.
Disliked: Bathroom area very small.
