Liked: Easy to find parking garage very close to the hotel. Very nice room, with very comy beds. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Very walkable to many sights, and restaurants, also the free trams stop nearby. The staff gave us great ideas of what to see in our short time there. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Always welcoming, room clean and functional, great facilities for drinks and food.

Easy to move around but...

Liked: The location was very good, all kind of shops and restaurants were around. However, noice was not a problem at all from our room. The old lobby had a great vibe and the bar and breakfast area was also nice to see. The have done a really good restoration.
Disliked: The room was very small, we could not fit our luggage in the closet space and we just had to leave them on the floor leaving practically little space to move!

Perfect hotel on the Yarra

Liked: Upgraded to the Tompkins suite, well worth the extra, large comfy bed, large lounge area, large bathroom and one of the best showers I've had in any hotel worldwide, oh and I cannot forget the balcony that stretched the entire room.The location was halfway down Flinders Street, so close enough to Swanston to walk but far enough away from the crowds and only a 2 mins walk to the nearest bridge to southbank.
Disliked: doors to balcony were a little tricky to open first time, once opened everything was perfect. Though it would have been even more perfect being on a higher floor but that's just being greedy.
