Very good as usual

Liked: Location with tram outside front door, proximity to Flinders street station
Disliked: Room service finishes quite early

Great period features with great...

Liked: The staff were excellent: friendly and warm plus they let me check in early and leave late. They gave me a very quiet room at my request as well. Gorgeous table and chairs. Very comfy bed.
Disliked: The phone and table it was on were quite dusty. Not a great view, the window looked onto the edge of a car park.

Good old world hotel

Liked: Very good hotel. Real positive is the old world, classical charm & decor. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was also a good standard and the hotel benefits from lots of nice lounge space.
Disliked: Slightly disappointed not to see more recognition of our honeymoon

Liked: Love the feel of the old parts of the hotel, it’s amazing!
Disliked: The rooms could be cleaned a lot better, the walls are filthy, bathroom floor wasn’t clean and the furniture and carpets are also not clean
