Liked: The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and overall clean.
Disliked: I booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 1 night. From the time we arrived until the time we left, our experience at this hotel was shocking. At our time of arrival, there was only 1 lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, there was no one to assist with our bags and we were told we could take one of the luggage carts and to offload our luggage from our vehicle and take through to our room on our own. We could never get a hold of the front desk from our room even though they claim that the phones are working. We paid for the Valet service of $35 which is valid for 24 hours. We had to use our car at early hours of the morning and when we got back to the hotel we gave the gentleman at the front desk our car key as he knew we paid for the valet service. At the time of checkout we came to reception only to see our car still parked where we left it with a $70.00 parking fine. The front desk staff couldn't find our car keys for around 10 minutes and were very confused about the whole situation. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
