Disliked: The refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment and I really needed to put an ice pack in the freezer so that I could keep medication cold on the rest of my trip.

Liked: The room was clean and I had no issues with it once we made it to the room
Disliked: Upon arrival the desk associate was arguing with a guest about a bill and my family and I had to wait for a little over an hour to get checked in while this argument took place. The rate is a little high

Superb

Liked: Secure elevator ride key needed to access your floor. Large seating area in the lobby.
Disliked: Out side sideways old scrubbing cracks dirty dusty broken needed complete replacement. Shower head leaks water from the plumber tape when they apparently tried to fix it before.

Dollar tree luxury for the...

Liked: comfortable bed.
Disliked: There are so many issues with this hotel. Upon entering, we were greeted with a pitcher of fruit water, I obliged myself and had a glass as it was very humid out. Then we entered our room, which was comfortable enough but was dated. My wife remarked that it looked like "dollar tree luxury." And the whole room felt dusty and was incredibly dated. It must have looked very opulent in the 1980s, but it's not so great looking today. We decided to get dinner from their restaurant and spent $98 on a steak the size of a deck of cards covered in an overly salted Burnaise sauce with undercooked green peppercorns, a bowl of Cheap cheese tortellini in canned sauce and semi decent salmon. We were also largely ignored by our waitress. All in all, I've had better service and food from a roadside diner. We requested a wake-up call and never received one. He had requested a crib for our son and never received one. We had attempted to give our son a bath, but the shower was clogged. Hair began to come up from the drain and flood around our son, hair which was not ours. We called for maintenance, and we're assured they'd arrive shortly and waited 2 hours before finally just giving up and going to bed. I woke up with incredible Stomach cramps and needed to use the restroom throughout the night, which I attribute to the long aforementioned fruit water when we had arrived, which was still sitting in the lobby when we checked out in the morning. I will never come back to this hotel.
