Exceptional

Beautiful hotel. Will stay again,...

Liked: We absolutely loved the hotel. The room was so nice, clean and spacious. We were even able to check-in early and enjoy the pool right after we arrived. All of the staff was nice from the people at the front desk to the people in the bars and restaurants.
Disliked: The pool bar was slow service. It was not crowded on the day that we visited. One of our drinks was not made correctly and we had to return it to have it remade. We also really enjoyed the food but asked for a to-go box from the girl at the pool bar, but she never followed through.

Very poor

Disliked: Bugs. I had roaches all in my room and it smelled like old noodles. I left after one crawled up my arm in the bed.

Better than before!

Liked: We did not eat breakfast.
Disliked: We stayed in a room on the ground floor and it was difficult to find.

Not up the my standards...

Liked: Clean room comfortable bed
Disliked: Stopper in tub was broken had to unopen with a pocketknife to get tub to drain. Had to park in an overflow lot far from front doors. Had an incident where teenagers were hanging around in the parking lot and damaged my car.

Passable

Not worth the extra money

Liked: The restaurant on sight was really good. Good food and good music.
Disliked: Upon our arrival, the toilet wouldn’t flush. Later on, we tried to walk out onto the balcony, but the door was stuck shut because when it was last painted, the paint had dried with the door and frame together. Not what I expected for a hotel that is a little on the pricier side.
