Liked: Amenities. My girls love the pool! It has all you need so you don't even have to leave, but if you do everything is close by!
Disliked: Our toilet wasn't working properly. Which we ended up having to switch rooms due to flooding from upstairs rooms anyway.

Liked: We absolutely loved the hotel. The room was so nice, clean and spacious. We were even able to check-in early and enjoy the pool right after we arrived. All of the staff was nice from the people at the front desk to the people in the bars and restaurants.
Disliked: The pool bar was slow service. It was not crowded on the day that we visited. One of our drinks was not made correctly and we had to return it to have it remade. We also really enjoyed the food but asked for a to-go box from the girl at the pool bar, but she never followed through.

Very poor

Disliked: Bugs. I had roaches all in my room and it smelled like old noodles. I left after one crawled up my arm in the bed.
