The first day was much...

Liked: The location is good. Everything was reopened, but we only stayed one night.
Disliked: You can valet or park but they didn’t tell me that there was a parking fee when I checked in of $20 per night. I got some ticket paid it and it charged me for two nights which is absurd.

Good

Liked: The staff is very friendly and professional.
Disliked: The bathroom was all out of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I let the staff know, and they compensated with not charging for parking.

Good

Liked: I had breakfast included for two people. i ordered three set of food , and they charged me even though I paid an extra $29 for breakfast when I reserved the room.. staff was good .
Disliked: Location ,room, and hotel staff

Exceptional

Very Poor Brand Experience for...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Small, rude personal, disrespectfull Front Office Manager, no service no adaptor plug for work, no wather innthe room, no wather în the fridge, very cold inside room

Superb

Liked: Quiet location, friendly staff. In walking distance to the National Auto Museum. The Shores restaurant at the Renaissance was amazing. The Bocce/sports bar was a lot of fun.
Disliked: The room was smaller than anticipated. The bathroom had no fan and was not very private and, the sink was cracked. It was not easy to connect to the WiFi. Watch out for extra hotel/resort fees.

Not good for the amount...

Liked: Nice decor. Nice bed.
Disliked: Dimly lit rooms. WiFi requires payment.

Not happy

Liked: I liked how big the room was
Disliked: I could never get a hold of staff when my problems would arise. My jacuzzi tub I never worked, my tv wasn’t working. Everytime I called the front desk it was never answered. When I spoke to front desk personally I was told I would get a refund and never did. Not worth how much I paid.

Wonderful stay

Liked: The hotel was extremely wonderful and the staff there were amazing from checking in to checking out and the restaurants and bar were very good. We would definitely go back there and we will recommend it to family and friends.
Disliked: Very nice place to stay, nice to set out side by the fire and look at the river.
