The location was very easy to find and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The concierge went out of his way to know our names, was so friendly to our children and made sure that we had our complimentary ( what? wow!) cookies and milk when we returned for the day. The lobby fireplace was a warm and comfortable spot to rest after a long day. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. We ordered room service for breakfast and the service was tremendous. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We WILL be back.

Very Good - 4 out of 5

Great location, staff and comfort.

Liked: We traveled with three kids (3-10) and liked just about everything. Location was great. Style was cool. Staff was helpful and room was comfortable.
Disliked: The restaurant in the hotel is good, but only moderately little-kid friendly. Food was good. Pool was a bit cold, but can't complain for a rainy winter day.

Great location. Friendly staff

Liked: Great location. Very close to Independence Hall and many other historical sites. We walked pretty much everywhere. The breakfast buffet was good and the servers very friendly and prompt.
Disliked: We arrived a bit early than Hotel?s advertised check in time (about an hour before). No room was available so did a pre-check in. After doing some sightseeing close by we went back to check-in. They had our room key ready. But no mention that we needed a voucher for breakfast. It was only later when we asked about the location for breakfast were we told about the voucher. We were given two vouchers, which we used the following morning. But as we were staying two nights we had to go back to reception to get a voucher for the following morning. Our room a very dark. It had a window on the side looking at the building next door. Not the best room for sure!

Disappointing

Disliked: Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was freezing cold. The staff was no help at all. Definitely not staying here ever again.

Too expensive for the few...

Liked: The location was perfect. Walking distance to historical sites and the visitor center. We had an amazing view. The bed was very comfortable for me, but not for my husband. The stuff was very friendly and nice. There is a public garage right on the corner and it is very convenient ($28 for 24-hours).
Disliked: The room was not very clean, a lot of dust. Even though the room was updated, you can still tell that it is an older place. The fan in the bathroom was full of dust. No microwave in the room. During our stay we didn't have breakfast included, but I think it would be very expensive since a bottle of water in the room cost almost $8.
