Disliked: There’s only 1 elevator and it’s too far away from your room…

Disliked: Didn't like the time the pool was closed, needs to upgrade TV experience

Liked: Location was great, especially for the film festival I was attending. The pool was ncie and large if you needed a quick cool down from the heat. Lots of beds. Overall service and personel was lovely.
Disliked: There was no super luxury expectation in the first place, but an empty minibar, limited coffee options come to mind. Lunch is a bit snacky (in the bar) but all in all I really had to think of something that could improve.

I will return again

Disliked: The roon phone didnt work and the tech was not able to fix it. Had to call off my phone for hotel and then go through the promps to get the front desk to get room serviceTelevision was not working. Signal was not accepting any communication. Had to watch TV on my computer

Liked: ROOM SIZE.. Gentleman that checked us in was nice.
Disliked: THE POOL HOURS NEED TO BE EXTENDED. The price we paid to stay we should be able to stay in the pool until 10. We tried to not be in the sun so we went in a little later to the pool. But 2 hours is not sufficient. There was also a lot of Lil trash and bugs in the water.

Liked: Beautiful pool and court yard. Lots of nice areas to sit and relax with fire pits. Compliment infused water. Very nice and attentive staff. A nice balance of luxury and comfort.
