Liked: The hotel IWas clean and the pool was awesome
Disliked: It’s expensive

Okay place, expensive room service,...

Liked: The lobby is clean and smells amazing. They had complementary cocktails at check in.
Disliked: They “upgraded” my room upon check in without me asking but the new room was extremely far from the elevators. I specified that even if it was a smaller room i wanted one closer. He said they were all far. My tub water stopper was broken. The pools look like they need to be re painted.

Liked: Great hotel, personel at the reception was really nice, nice swimming pool

Disliked: A lot of the pool chairs were broken. Under staffed at the pool as well. Our room had terrible lighting. The TV channels had fuzzy pictures.

First impression entering the hotel...

Liked: Main entrance, front desk staff, bar and pool area were all very nice
Disliked: The room air conditioner was very loud, and had to run almost all the time. The toilet tank leaked and had to refill every 5 minutes. Surprisingly, it could be heard over the AC. Refrigerator was also noisy. After the 1st night we asked the front desk to have someone go to the room to stop the toilet leak. It apparently was not done. These problems really detracted from the enjoyment of the property.
