Magical

Liked: Loved the bathroom and the balcony!

Liked: everything except the staff member when I checked in . Super rude . No greeting at all and so blunt and unfriendly we are here one night . But we are Bonvoy members . So unnecessary.

This place is meh

Liked: Meh, it is a generic business hotel
Disliked: No hot water due to boiler broken, tub drain was blocked, maid service did not replace paper coffee cups on 2nd day. Left dirty glasses on counter

Fun & Cozy

Liked: Classy yet homey. Staff was attentive & helpful. Me and my friend had a lovely stay and enjoyed all the amenities this place has to offer.
Disliked: No complaints :)

Clean and comfortable, but check...

Liked: The restaurant was really nice, delicious options and a full bar with great cocktails. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the 24 hour shop in the lobby, for water and snacks. There was a nice pool area though I didn't use it. Staff were friendly enough, depending on who was on reception. The free shuttle to the airport was helpful.
Disliked: When I checked out, the charges to my room were incorrect. They had billed my room for food from the restaurant, when I had paid the restaurant directly. I was in a rush to catch the shuttle to the airport, and they had to rifle through old receipts to prove I had paid and to remove the incorrect charges. The time this took didn't matter, since the shuttle didn't leave on time anyway. Just be careful and check your charges, and leave extra time for the shuttle because it doesn't set off when they say it will. The location is pretty far out, not much to do in the area and not close to the beach.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The distance to Newport Beach was perfect and it was close to the airport!
Disliked: I didn’t dislike anything! The staff was so attentive and friendly from the moment that I called for an airport pick up until the moment I was dropped off at the airport!
