Superb

acceptable, just wished they didn't...

Liked: Good location, close to metro, busy lively high street, not too touristy.Party vibe in the lobby and restaurant on most days.It was useful to be able to leave luggage before and after check-in and check out. Gave us an iron when requested.
Disliked: 1. Breakfast / food arrangements were unclear and expensive. We received a $25 dollar voucher per room per day, which we were told we had already paid for, regardless of whether we wanted to use it (ie not a free gift). This could be used in the restaurant, but most things on the menu cost more than that with tip, and didn't account for the fact that we were a family with at least 3 mouths to feed, making you . Most hotels either have breakfast included or not included, and this was not clear when booking. Also the food was nothing special, if go round the corner in Harlem, you can get good food for much cheaper. 2. no coffee or kettle in the room. free coffee in the morning ran out quickly and not replaced. Also not allowed to have the free coffee if sitting at tables.3. wifi was not straightforward to log into, you had to sign up to a membership and which accidentally made you pay $15 per day for "enhanced wifi", not submit or confirm... The front desk said they didn't know about this, but would take it off for me, but it was unclear if they did or not. Most hotels have free wifi and it wasn't clear what was enhanced about it.4. There is a big building blocking the view of Central Park on the lower floors, most rooms don't have a park view.

it was not good at...

Liked: for the price it should be included on the room fee, on de other hand for a breakfast it is price, the room was for two people a room vulcher was for one person only when we have two double bed and two adults in our reservation., for 3k and 10 days we should have the braeckfast included, the waiting time is too long.
Disliked: the cleaning of the room, the water and coffee should be replaced everyday, also the cups, also, the area vs. the price it dose no justify, it seems you are advantage of the Apollo theater.;

Beautiful stay above all.

Liked: The vouchers were really handy for breakfast. Hotel is beautiful aesthetically.
Disliked: The cleaners only came once despite paying €1,200 (I stayed 4 nights). There was a mysterious €200 charge that the hotel tried to charge me two days before arrival. My bank didn’t allow them to take it so be mindful.

Liked: OMG! Loved the property and the prefect location for all the culture of Harlem.
Disliked: NOTHING. Everything was absolutely fabulous
