Liked: Everything was so clean and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We went to go walk the city and they offered us their car service... the gentleman running it works solely off tips and he was amazing.... he offered up tourist info and helpful tips on local hotspots.

Mediocre at best. I?ve stayed...
Disliked: I resent being charged for WIFI. It?s a gratuitous effort to ding customers and create another revenue stream for you. I can get free WIFI at a coffee shop, but not the Renaissance Hotel when I?m paying $400 a night for a room? Service in your dining room at breakfast was slow and inattentive. The waitress was lucky to get a tip. She certainly didn?t deserve one. Also, I spent 20 minutes waiting for your valet to find my car keys on the day of my daughter?s wedding. They eventually turned up...in the drawer at the valet stand. Meanwhile, my wife and I stood in the cold in formal wedding attire...waiting for you to find my keys.

Perfect location for our event...
Liked: Liked the upgraded reception and downstairs bar area.
Disliked: Construction next door did cause some of our group to be disturbed earlier than they would have liked.
