Liked: The hotel was great. The staff was great. Pleasant experience. Great location.
Disliked: Couldn't initially find the the booking. They found it but that was a bit challenging.

Good Location

Liked: Location was good. Easy access to all we wanted to see.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned daily and no new towels were supplied daily. No shampoo. Refrigerator did not work. They brought a new one up and that one did not work either. Extra charge for parking was a surprise.

Very good hotel but lacks...

Disliked: Free internet in rooms, access to a microwave. Despite my relatively poor travel experience, I have never seen only paid internet in rooms and $20 charge for microwave use, especially in such a nice-looking hotel.
