Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: The second floor rooms are flooded with the sound of the 24 hour gym music which blasts through the walls. On top of that my rooms air con was making a howling sound every 5 minutes which was relayed to the front desk.

Overall 4/10 too expensive for...

Liked: Room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: Shower water took 15+ minutes just to get like warm. Expensive parking even though we were guest at the hotel. 1 night was 60+ dollars so 4+ nights was over 200 just for parking. Security deposit was 100 a night which was expensive, especially that thehotel wasn’t that great.

Convenient.

Liked: Convenient to the airport. We stayed overnight after our trip to Europe to deal with our jet lag and LA evening rush hour traffic before driving home to Santa Barbara the following morning in light early morning traffic. We had parked our car in the hotels underground valet parking lot 10 days earlier when we left for Europe so it would be ready for us upon our return.

You are just renting a...

Liked: Nice hotel
Disliked: This hotel is named an AIRPORT HOTEL. Obviously travellers arrive into LAX at all times of the day and night. But this hotel stops all food and drinks being served at 10.45pm. There is no room service. You cannot even get a cup of tea after 10.45pm!!! We had to order food from Taco Bell. Just been travelling for 20 hours to be faced with this.
