I would highly recommend and stay again. I loved the fact that floor levels were secure. The pool area was nice; very good customer service.

The room was absolutely beautiful; recently renovated and had a spectacular view of the harbor. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Liked: The entire experience was great.
Disliked: Bellman was rude.

Disliked: The pool was closed on the one day I was able to actually enjoy it for a wedding. That was a bummer.

Liked: There was nothing special about the room. We had our 5 year old grandson with us and you gave us a room with 2 double beds. The double beds great for my grandson but my husband and I sleep on a California king size bed in our home and we had to share a double bed very uncomfortable. I don't think we got good value for our money. The room was very clean but beds were small and when I asked for a roll away for my grandson that cost extra. The pool was also full of sand at the bottom and as I previously stated was very small for a hotel that big.
Disliked: I don't think it's fair for guests of the hotel to pay for their parking it's greedy and selfish. The room cost was 220.00 a night and then on top of that you have to pay parking as well. Not good! We also thought that the pool was too small for the size of the hotel. Then your charged 20 cents for two room keys. My Husband also bought me a chapstick for 5.99 are you kidding me. Nice hotel but very unfair.

Liked: Great location, wonderful hot tub, plenty of common spaces to read or work, very friendly staff.
Disliked: We had a ceiling leak that will need repair. Connecting to the internet was a pain in the neck, requiring us to register with Bonvoy, accept $15/day charges, then ask that the charges be waved.
