I would highly recommend and stay again. I loved the fact that floor levels were secure. The pool area was nice; very good customer service.

The room was absolutely beautiful; recently renovated and had a spectacular view of the harbor. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Liked: The entire experience was great.
Disliked: Bellman was rude.

Very nice employee and well...

Liked: The breakfast was very good with many options
Disliked: They have a service fee you can use at the market/ breakfast and you get credited back which I thought was cool. I used it and then ended up getting charged the additional $30, so just waiting for that to get credited back to my account.

I don’t like it

Liked: They don’t have anything in the room bar they keep the fridge empty no water to drink no snack. Also, we have a problem with the neighbor room. They start speaker at 10:30 at night until 11:30 and I called the front desk four time until they fix the problem after I cannot sleep me and my wife, also try to charge me more than my booking with Booking.Com
