Disliked: Price vs Quality

Liked: Breakfast was nice, price was not for sure since it is not buffet. Hopefully they change it to small buffet system since it took some time to wait for servers every morning.
Disliked: Bed was quite old, hope they place a soap with better scent.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay....

Liked: The staff was wonderful, polite and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful!! Food however way expensive almost $50 for a single porkchop
Disliked: My room smelled funky from the first day, got move on the last night after I mentioned it to management and was compt $100 credit for dinner but my room got charged $114 for a porkchop, brusseel sprouts and a meat n chease board and I paid for the meal that I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. Breakfast was excellent. Over all, the hotel felt outdated and in need of work throughout. With the overall cost, wifi should be included.

Great kocation for Sphere and...

Liked: Jaded property with poor room furnishings. Close to Sphere so that is a bonus. Close to monorail station is another bonus
Disliked: Snakeoil and smoke and mirrors approach. Given inferior room to hat was booked we arrived. Probably would have been left there if i did not raise an objection. Had to pay for first days breakfast and never refunded.Have to go early to Club Lounge to get the best of the breakfast offerings.

Disliked: No shops or restaurants around therefor the water and snacks are so overpriced at the hotel. Food is under average. To go anywhere to eat is an Uber ride away.
