I won't return if I can help it.
Disliked: Smelly; makeup and hair on pillows; lack of control of guests; didn't recieve rooms requested.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The cleaning people need to pay a little more attention to detail. Everything was overall clean but there was dust in corners and things like that.

Liked: The first time we have actually pd. this much, and gotten so little. No refrigerator, no microwave, no internet. Then we came back to our hotel at 10:30 pm stop at your lounge, have a couple beers, go up to our room, bed was not made, no clean towels, no coffee, no cups. We travel quite often and book our rooms according to amenities, The Savery, will not be on our return visits in Des Moines. ??

Liked: I was very pleased with my room though I would recommend that no hotel ever create a bathroom so small. I know it will fall on deaf ears that some of us still bathe, but I will say it anyway.
Disliked: The very modern bathroom was nicely done but much too small.

Enjoyed the stay... staff was...
Liked: Quiet hotel, nice bar, comfortable room.
Disliked: Would have loved to have good coffee available in the lobby for early morning - free for the guests. Breakfast - when ordering off the menu - not using the buffet was slow... but on a snowy cold morning... we were ok.

Great hotel, awful service in...
Liked: The bed was big and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were nice. The rooms were modern.
Disliked: The restaurant at the hotel had great food but the service was awful. It took 60 min to get a to-go order of a salad and meatballs.
