Renaissance Dallas North Hotel

Liked: Location to the concert venue and the welcome cookies and fruit. The beds were incredible.
Disliked: The price I paid and the breakfast buffet was not included. I got cold coffee and lukewarm eggs then to top it off the pool and Jacuzzi was closed for remodeling - one of the main attractions we were looking forward to.

Not pleased at all and...

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Shower drainage didn’t work properly. Elevators did not work. Had to walk through the kitchen just to get in and out of the building and rooms. Ridiculous!

Disliked: Maintenance of the facilities was terrible The elevator was broken for 2 days and they put me on the 6th floor so I had to climb 6 flights with bags. The tv was stuck on so I called the desk, no one answered so I had to unplug it. There was a fight in the hotel bar at 6pm

Disliked: I asked for someone to come fix our TV but no one showed up. Luckily we had our ipads to entertain ourselves.

Nice hotel with quick drive...

Liked: The room was spacious. I liked having a starbucks coffee in the morning and the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: The room had a weird smell upon entry, had some damage in the bathroom (bottom of door, side of sink and handle on toilet). Nothing that effected our stay but definitely looked worn. Hallway was very warm!
