Disliked: It was hard to roll our luggage to the room due to the thick carpet but that’s no big deal really

Liked: I was not able to stay at this property. Even though I had a confirmed booking reservation, I was turned away from staying and told there was no room for me. I had only four hours to sleep before my flight, all of their systems were down, they were overbooked, and had no place for me to even rest. We were told it would be several hours if we were lucky before the systems would be up back and running, which means at that point I would be checking in for my flight. Because of the grave errors, I had to sleep on the airport floor after working for several days in a row. I am now down the cost of this hotel room, the Uber transport to and from and the impact on my wellness. absolutely terrible experience.

Good location, friendly front desk...

Liked: The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We checked in quite late in the evening and was able to get to our room quite quickly. The location is also good. We were tired so didn’t try figuring out the airport shuttle. Took an uber, cost $7.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet (which was included in the room rate) was very disappointing. The omelette station was very slow and the person handling orders clearly didn’t want to take more orders. The selection of food otherwise was pretty poor, and didn’t taste good. I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast buffet - definitely not worth it.
