Disliked: Heating unit didn't work.

Disliked: Parking was 26 dollars for one night. Plus I get home and check my bank statement and there's a withdrawal from the hotel for $50. Not sure what the other $24 was for. Taking money out of someone's account and not telling them is unacceptable. Still waiting to hear back from accounting department. Not happy about this.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and smelled great. The bed linens were fabulous! And the bed so comfortable! Beautiful decor that matched the era of the building quite well. Love it when the buildings are restored not updated.
Liked: Love the historical building and that it was restored, not updated.
Disliked: The bathroom was rather small.

Not a bad value but...
Liked: The best part about the hotel was the location. The hotel was about a half mile from the House of Blues and a quick 8 min walk from there. Felt safe and was also close to restaurants and nightlife. The hotel lobby is historical and beautiful.
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor and in the tub and sink. The room itself was small for two queen beds but we didn?t mind because we were only staying overnight. Parking is an additional $30 fee and wifi is a fee.

All was great except for...
Disliked: The parking situation. We had a 4:00 check out but wanted to charge us an additional $25 after 2:00! We had to move to a lot across the street for an additional $10! Doesn?t seem fair!
