Do not recommend!! Hotel staff...
Liked: The location, airport chauffeur, and Starbucks staff were the only highlights of this hotel stay. Check-in was supposed to go smoothly, but it did not. I informed the concierge that I had prepaid for my stay on booking.com and provided the PIN and payment confirmation details.The staff member immediately cut me off, insisting that I was incorrect and needed to pay for lodging to stay at their hotel. It was late, I was traveling with my elderly mother (who needed to take her medication), and we had dinner reservations. I had no choice but to pay the hotel.I contacted booking.com, and they apologized, assured me the hotel staff was misinformed, and offered to contact the hotel. The manager apologized, stated it was a “mistake,” and advised that the double charges would be reversed. However, both charges are still on my card! I am absolutely disgusted and will be contacting Marriott, as I am a Bonvoy member.

Cleanliness needs to be a priority here!Hallways had smells, carpet had stains throughout the entire hotel and the room itself was not completely clean. Dust around windows, chair / couch had crumbs and fresh stains!!!

Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: We asked for a late check out and was told ok. They never put us in for a late check out so we were locked out of our rooms. We couldn’t use the elevator so we had to take the stairs

It is a great place...
Liked: Starbucks off of the lobby, free garage parking, great value! We loved the two room suites, and the size of the bathrooms is fantastic!
Disliked: The mattresses and the pullout sofa were definitely showing wear and need replacing.
