Adequate since I was traveling...

Liked: Easy to get to. Free parking. Large room.
Disliked: Bathroom door was broken. Curtain pull rod was broken. Carpet was well worn. Interior of hotel was very hot. Staff was not unpleasant, but not friendly at all.

Comfort, Quality and Value. This...

Liked: Loved the size of the room and that it had a separate sitting area with a TV and wet bar. Nice and cozy for a peaceful get away. The staff was attentive.
Disliked: I would like to see the courtyard utilized for entertainment of some type of activities. It's good space that is going to waste.

Disliked: Housekeeping was not good , some things were left incomplete .

Liked: It was very nice.
Disliked: So many kids running around and knocking on doors. Kids taking over the elevators. Parents not paying any attention to the kids. It appeared it was difficult for staff to even get it under control even though they tried very hard. There was nothing in the tub area to help you in or out of the bathtub. I fell getting out of the tub and hurt from head to toe. When I spoke to staff they informed me that you have to request to have a room equipped with that. Luckily I didn't break anything just black and blue. We came from Arizona to there to attend a very important graduation and my husband and I could not attend any of the festivities that were planned with family.

Liked: The layout of the living area and the sleeping area were very spacious and functional.

I love this place

Liked: It’s nicely decorated the ladies at the front were very friendly. I love that there’s a Starbucks in the lobby! The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. I love that you can log into your own Netflix account in your room too!

Way too hot- sweating all...

Liked: Pretty lobby and good Location
Disliked: Room was brutally hot. We had fussy kids all night complaining about the temperature. We had it set at 60 degrees and it never was below 80. My husband being in the HVAC industry, checked the filter and it hasn't been changed in over a year! Was dated March 2024! When we brought this up to the front desk we were told they would have an engineer look at it. But no one ever showed up. Also our phones didn't work in the room.
