Good South Park Hotel

Liked: Conveniently located near South Park mall. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large and well appointed. The TV was a smart tv so we could stream our subscriptions. There is onsite parking. There is a nice bar onsite.
Disliked: The room had 4 of the worst pillows I’ve ever seen. The TV remote didn’t work but was fixed right away. The drinks in the bar are over priced - a glass of Meiomi was more expensive than a bottle costs retail. We parked in a marked parking space but had a note on our car the next morning stating it was not in an appropriate spot and needed to be moved. You have to be a Marriott member to get free WiFi- most hotels provide it free of charge.

Liked: The area is perfect.. the hotel lobby was very pleasant
Disliked: Room is not refreshed with new coffee, amenities, etc. Some of the furniture were missing parts, cushions… the pool and gym are terrible. Our room faced the lobby in a sort of inner courtyard and the people at the bar were allowed to party until late which kept us up. Couldn’t sleep. Just terrible design. Hide the bar in a private corner or don’t have rooms that open to it… it’s a bad combination.

Liked: Hotel was updated and clean! Staff were great, pool and gym excellent. Location is beauy
Disliked: We had drinks at the bar. Cocktails were delicious, expensive but that’s everywhere now
