Average. We wouldn’t stay here...

Liked: The room size was good.
Disliked: Small attention to detail. We were a family of 5 but the room was only set up for 2. Breakfast was expensive but poor. We had to ask for extra towels, linen, pillows. Remote for tv didn’t work. WiFi came and went. Just small things but that are expected in a certain level of hotel.

If you come to Zurich...

Liked: If you are coming to work in the companies nearby, then it is ok for you to stay here. The room is very big and comfortable, the bathroom is big and has a bathtube.
Disliked: This location is very bad for someone visiting in vacations. It is far away from old town, it has nothing to do walking. The walk from the train station is very awkward, to say the least. I arrived late and I did not feel good in the train station and walking through avenues, empty streets and warehouses to reach the hotel. Then I was able to walk to the hotel and I was thinking that this was a Rennaissance Hotel. I almost thought I had confused myself for Ibis. The reception is not Rennaissance standard at all. It is not comparable with the Rennaissance we have in São Paulo, Brazil. The system was out and even though they acknowledged that I had fully paid for my stay, they proposed I had to wait to go to the room and meanwhile I should stay with my 10 years old daughter late at night in the lounge of a bar with people drinking alcohol, because the reception did not have its own sofa/lounge. I complained and they then let me go to my room. No one offered assistance with my luggage. I arrived in the room but the internet was out because of the failure in the system. After one hour, I was able to get the internet and I am writing this evaluation.
