Liked: I only stayed one night as a stop over to travelling so unfair to comment.What I experienced was satisfactory.

Disappointing for the cost won’t...

Liked: Sebastien at the front desk was very helpful 10/10, breakfast was tasty & decor lovely
Disliked: Air conditioner didn’t work properly, our room wasn’t serviced the 1st day & when I rang the front desk at 5pm to tell them they were quite rude. In room tea & coffee choices poor & towels poor quality.

Welcome to Zurich

Liked: Check in was easy. The front desk staff were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable. The hotel is in the techno district but only a pleasant 10 minute ride on the tram into bustling city area.
