Nice hotel with pro and...

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a stunning view that made my stay even more enjoyable. The large bath was perfect for relaxing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I had a great night’s sleep.Breakfast was also impressive, with a wide range of choices and everything was of excellent quality. From fresh fruits to hot dishes, there was something for everyone.Overall, a very pleasant experience – I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel bar was very disappointing. Despite there being three staff members behind the bar and only four other guests present, we were completely ignored. We waited for over 30 minutes without being acknowledged or served.The lack of attention and basic customer service was unacceptable, especially considering how quiet the bar was at the time. Eventually, we decided to leave without ordering anything, and we certainly will not be returning to that bar in the future.This experience left a negative impression and did not reflect the standard we expected from the hotel

Liked: Great breakfast, clean and very cozy.
Disliked: I was charged an additional 100 CHF per night on top of the amount I had already paid when I booked the room. Usually you give a credit card as a guarantee but not an actual additional payment. I was told this charge would be refunded upon check-out, but that never happened. I had to spend time following up with them just to get the amount returned.
