Liked: Our stay was pleasant, although the air conditioning in our initial room was not working. We were kindly moved to a different room. While we appreciated our upper floor Executive Suite, we were disappointed by the lack of access to the lounge. Overall, it was a satisfactory trip for our family visit. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Rooms were dated. Need paint and updates to the furniture.

Good Hotel

Liked: The location was excellent, offering both free parking and valet parking upon request. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. Hotel was quiet and not a lot of foot traffic noise.
Disliked: I had access to the Executive Club. Club was nice but they did not have a place to make coffee or tea but coffee and tea bags were available. The club mainly had just basic snacks and beverages of sodas and water. Sorta basic.Rooms were a little dated but not too bad. Baseboards were a little dingy. Property may just need a new fresh paint job. My room did not have a remote control for the television so I had to request it upon arrival. One of lamps in my room did not work.
