Liked: I was able to get a hold of hotel staff via email prior arrival so I could get clarity on the details of stay.The location was very convenient for us and the room was quite big. Though the hotel starts to look a little dated.The breakfast was nice but I've had some that were same in lower grade hotels. It was not as good as 2 years ago.
Disliked: The doors to the room kept jamming and there was an evidence of forced entry.The cook has forgotten my order and prepared an omelet with items that were not on the list

Liked: Breakfast at the hotel was truly outstanding. The selection was well-balanced, offering a variety of fresh and flavorful options to suit all tastes. Everything was prepared with care, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out.The chefs deserve special recognition for the delicious dishes, and the waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. Their warm service made the experience even more enjoyable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was once again disappointing. The front desk staff were unfriendly, slow, and seemed completely indifferent to guests’ concerns. Yet again, I was given room 609 — a room that is far from comfortable. The room is noisy due to loud ventilation shafts and the constant sound of planes taking off. It’s very difficult to get a proper night’s rest in such conditions. I would genuinely like to know on what basis guests are repeatedly assigned to this specific room. Is it based on appearance, nationality, or some other unclear criteria? This time, I went back to reception and asked for a different room. The staff acted as if they didn’t understand me and seemed unwilling to help. It took a great deal of effort to finally get the room changed, which made me feel very unwelcome. I truly hope hotel management takes these concerns seriously, as this level of service does not reflect well on the hotel.
