Very quiet, and very relaxing.
Liked: The location is easy to get to. The rooms are very quiet. The Renaissance is probably my favorite “chain” hotel
Disliked: Need at least 1 firmer pillow for us heavy headed people lol.

The stay was comfy and...
Liked: I like the spacious view. The fact that you can go relax at the bar the cafe or even just any area to relax without feeling crowded or squished in a place it felt wonderful . I had the pleasure of joseph and kerigan taking really good care of us . Will come back again . This will probably always be our go to hotel ❤️
Disliked: Theres nothing i found disappointing about it but if i could suggest something maybe a hot tub :)

It was clean and ok...
Liked: Staff was nice, hotel was clean but needs some work.
Disliked: Paid $741.14 for 2 nights(2 rooms), $200 deposit( $100 per room) and $24 parking fee. The hotel needs some work done, there were some missing tiles on the outside of the building, Roof had missing shingles, some wall paper was coming down or torn. One of the elevator was out of order and it was marked on the 1st floor but not on the 6th floor. There was a parking fee, I didn't noticed when I booked the hotel, so be aware of that. No one picked up the wet towels from the swimming pool, so there was a big stack of them and there weren't that many dry pool towels.

Disliked: One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever HadI rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. From the moment we checked in, it was clear this hotel doesn’t care about guest experience. The front desk staff was indifferent at best—barely looked up when we arrived, no welcome, no info about the hotel or amenities. Just handed us the keys and moved on.Filthy. Stains on the carpet, a weird smell that never went away, and hair in the bathroom that definitely wasn’t ours. Worst of all, the AC made a loud clunking noise every 10 minutes, so sleeping was nearly impossible.
