Renaissance by Marriott Toledo Downtown Hotel

Liked: Beds lol.
Disliked: Did not have a ride to the Huntington Center for a concert, but noticed they were taking other people to dinner.

Customer service was awful; valet was awful; dirty bathroom; shuttle didn't show up to pick us up after our show - even after 3 calls, just got "I don't know"; wife was in heels and I have a spine and hip injury so have trouble walking.

Liked: Close to venue, so you can walk if the shuttle lets you down.
Disliked: Dirty bathroom.

Certainly not worth the money. Outdated rooms/carpet; noisy heating and cooling systems; stained furniture and table tops; burned out bulbs in bathroom. I expected more for the money.

Liked: Clean; not noisy.
Disliked: Very slow service; wrinkled sheets; no coffee in room; no fridge in room; not caring for valet parking.

Liked: Close to the Huntington center.
Disliked: Asked for a king bed and never got one. The room key had to be deactivated several times. The room was very dusty and the tub would not drain. Was not told there was a fee for valet parking and when we asked if there was we were told no. I will never stay at this establishment again!
