Disliked: Paid extra for a nicer hotel to have no amenities, which I wouldn't mind if it was marketed that way But its marketed as amenities provided but that's only the case if you are coming in and out of the airport. No free breakfast, no mini fridge or microwave in the room.. Lobby and downstairs was nice, but our room was basically like a prison. 2 beds. 62 year old TV and literally. Nothing else. I am physically disabled and have a handicapped pass but had to walk miles each way to get in and out of hotel. On top of it being $20 a day to park which is a completely separate thing and step that the consumer does. Our room was right across from the ice machine and microwave for the whole floor so got no sleep all weekend and I checked there were other rooms available during our stay so why we were given that room I don't know.. So $350 bucks for long walks causing me excruciating pain, extra cost, no amenities and no sleep.

Disliked: I was charged twice for my room. The air conditioner was so loud when it cut on and off I woke me up continuously throughout the night, I asked to be moved. The manager never even retuned a phone call to me. He called and said I would be moved and never heard from him again.

Disliked: Loud guests, no amenities, expensive parking, car broke into, fries by pool door, kid hanging out in the hallway, room facilities, no continental breakfast, no concierge
