Cool overnight in Raleigh
Liked: Beautiful building inside and out and great location.
Disliked: The front desk was not personable, just 'meh' ALSO the gym is not in the hotel and not 24 hours. Would've definitely affected my decision had I noticed in advance.

Liked: Great location for us anyways. Lot of conveniences close by and even walking distance. Room was clean and orderly and entire property was nicely kept.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator in room. After notifying front desk it didn't work she said it was actually a "cooling box" and not a refrigerator. I've never even heard of that before. Just get rid of it, it's wasting space. Towels are like sandpaper. There is images of a indoor pool on some sites however front desk says that they don't "actually" have a pool. At this price point I'd expect a pool and on site fitness room of some sort. Mattress was absolutely awful. Something you'd expect at the Red Roof Inn.

Disliked: There was a significant issue with the ventilation system, leading us to not have cool air in the room despite calling maintenance and asking them to fix it. Inconvenient and too bad really. I’m a Marriott member and this not a typical Marriott experience.

Location was fabulous!
Liked: Modern and clean. Location perfect!
Disliked: The staff not very helpful or friendly.The towels were terribly rough and room was hot despite us turning down the temperature.
