Excellent and will be booking...
Liked: Cleanliness, friendly and the professionalism from the staff. Location was excellent from where we were to where we had to go

Location was fabulous!
Liked: Modern and clean. Location perfect!
Disliked: The staff not very helpful or friendly.The towels were terribly rough and room was hot despite us turning down the temperature.

Very Disappointing.
Liked: Location.
Disliked: No help upon arriving at Hotel. No carts available upon arriving and checking out. Construction was in progress and very disruptive. No mention of this when making the reservation. Fire alarms went off as we were retiring. Road noise outside of window throughout the night. No compensation for anything, not even a sorry. Staff was not helpful or available.

Comfortable.
Liked: We stayed for four nights. The cleaning of the room took place late every day. After 12:30. I was out the room on all the morning so this was an inconvenience to come back and not have it cleaned. Some items were forgotten to be replenished. The breakfast was good However not reasonable to charge each of you for coffee when you share the same flask that is provided regardless whether one or two of you order. The coffee machines in the room are great. Showers are excellent. Being able to use the gym next door was great.

Location, location, location! It’s walking...
Liked: The lobby was under construction, so I didn’t give it a high rating. Also, I was very disappointed with housekeeping. Toilet paper was running low in the bathroom and no replacement was provided. I also found some items left on the floor from a previous guest. Very friendly & helpful reception staff not their dining area staff.
