As soon as we pulled up to the hotel, we knew we had made the right decision. From valet to room service to housekeeping to the front desk staff we felt really really "special". We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you to everyone at the Renaissance!

the room was beautiful and...
Liked: Valet service was best I've ever experienced. Mick was so alert to take care of us
Disliked: shut down at valet upon arrival and no back up plan by Renaissance for hotel guests. apparent issue police on site and no valet to help. had to park car on street/curb

Very warm, beautiful locale in...
Liked: The staff, the location, the amenities, the service were all wonderful. It is quite easy to get around from here!
Disliked: The room was described to me as a suite with a king bed in one room and a small couchbed in another. There was only the one room.

Not for a romantic getaway
Liked: Good brand for soap products. Big room. Nice location in the city.
Disliked: It could?ve been cleaner, better maintained/upkept & more comfortable. Very expensive for what we got. Overpriced & unhappy.

Nice looking property uber expensive!
Liked: Its a beautiful property, great location, brilliant staff.
Disliked: prices are steep, valet cost are sky high, and a milk that cost $4 per glass (small glass) on asking to buy the bottle for our 23 month year old baby hotel quoted us $20 which was insane. I had to walk to the nearest CVS to buy a pint of milk. its disappointing that hotels lack compassion for customers and they put business as their top most priority instead of customer service. A little thought into customers pockets would be better. Also we paid for breakfast on arriving at the Resturant the lady schooled us where to stand, after her telling off we were sent to the other side of the Resturant on assumption that we were part of bat mitzvah for free buffet which we went. On returning back we explained and she told us to get a voucher from the hotel reception desk if we have pre paid for breakfast as Resturant was not part of the hotel. Overall its a good looking property but staff needs to be more customer friendly specially with ones with small kids.

Liked: Location to mall and restaurants is perfect! Beautiful, clean room!
Disliked: Room was on side where parking garage is at providence place mall. They had a DJ playing on the top floor and we heard the bass in our room really loud until around midnight. Was very disturbing and annoying.
