Had a relaxing stay while we went to the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion. Everyone was nice. The entire place was clean. Very nice rooms. Would stay here again.

Liked: Close to venue.
Disliked: Had to pay to park.

We love this hotel and use if when we go to the Norfolk area. Everyone is nice, we love the area and it's close to the Portsmouth concert venue. It's clean and the view is fantastic.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t included, which is INSANE considering the price of the room. We got a complimentary breakfast, (after I had to complain) and it was not worth the price tag of free.

Beautiful hotel in a great...

Liked: Absolutely beautiful. Outside area with the fire pits were so nice. Nice bar and restaurant area. Beautiful furnishings in the room. Customer service was efficient and friendly
Disliked: The cost of the breakfast. Which was too much for the choices

We will not be staying...

Liked: The location was perfect for the event we were attending the next day.
Disliked: One of the rooms did not have hot water in the shower. Scolding hot water coming from the sink but not the shower. We called down to the front desk twice. We were told they didn't see a problem.

Disliked: Pool was closed. Room lights didn’t work. Stiff bed And some lights didn’t work. Paid for comfort and amenities got neither. Disappointed.
