Renaissance by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown Hotel

The location was very easy to find and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The concierge went out of his way to know our names, was so friendly to our children and made sure that we had our complimentary ( what? wow!) cookies and milk when we returned for the day. The lobby fireplace was a warm and comfortable spot to rest after a long day. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. We ordered room service for breakfast and the service was tremendous. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We WILL be back.

Liked: Location was amazing, that’s about it.
Disliked: It was so dirty, pool had food floating in the water. There was a family swimming in it and water that got splashed out of it made the floor around it so slippery that you had to walk like you are on ice so you wouldn’t slip. Housekeeper def didn’t clean room well, our mini fridge had an old food in it from previous guests. I kind of felt grossed out by staying there.

Disliked: Gave me the wrong room that I have booked and didn’t allow me to switch and told me there’s no refunds, it also smelled very bad and things were broken.
