Liked: The size of the room was good and the view was lovely. The ac was working well
Disliked: Some of the furniture was torn like the chairs and sides of bed. Wouldn't expect that from a 5 star hotel. Should get their upholstery done

A huge disappointment - felt like staying in an overpriced airport hotel.

Disliked: The junior suite was not a suite at all; a cramped space with low quality finishings. The staff seemed incapable of providing our family with a five star experience and we were incredibly disappointed by the quality of the hotel and the spotty level of service. I will be leaving a more robust review on TripAdvisor.
