Very average hotel experience and...

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Window that wouldn’t close properly with rubbish noise insulation. Averagely comfortable bed with average pillows. Air conditioning that refused to be chilled air even when selecting the coldest setting on the thermostat. Terrible room service menu, poor quality food. The coffee sachets were not replaced once used so spent 2 days out of 3 with no coffee. Housekeeping and Reception wouldn’t answer when you called from the room.

Disliked: Staff not paying attention to customer. We had many luggage but no one to help at arrival, not even to open the door.The first room given to us wasn't ready when we enter in it was still in the process of cleaning so they had to change us to another room and for that we received just a basic apologies. In the new room will received a room that was already cleaned but it was too hot it looks like it was still in the winter mood so we told the staff and they told us that there was nothing that could do about it that we had to leave the window open so we could cool the room. Also in the shower the water and not stable which means that it could go from very cold to extremely hot in a moment the staff was told about it and it took it day for them to be able to fix the problem yet again will receive basic apologies and nothing was offered to compensate how I miss comfort.At the end for all the money we paid we felt like we were in a two-star hotel do you need anything good was the location.
