A gem of a hotel; prime location to get to many attractions; staff very professional; Bellman was courteous and very helpful - gave us a history of the Hotel which was wonderful; cozy lounge/restaurant for drinks; extremely accommodating with rainy day check out. We will be back and will highly recommend the Renaissance 57 to friends, family and business associates.
Liked: Welcoming staff; concierge; bedding; ambiance; location.
Disliked: Lunch service was very poor in the in-house restaurant - food very average; ordered coffee which was not available; the restaurant was not particularly crowded; staff did not appear to be confident or clear on who was to take care of our table; cob salad had almost zero lettuce.

Liked: The location
Disliked: They made a mistake and proceeded a check out for me from the room, five days earlier. They even collected personal things from the room. There were no facilities, ex to sit at a lobby for a coffee.

Great place in the middle...
Liked: Good location, very clean, and the bed is super comfy. Best part was the little rooftop only guests had access to with a nice view of the city. Plus even though I arrived at 1:00 PM, they still checked me in a room!!
Disliked: All in all everything was great until the very end when I was checking out. It was written on booking.com that the parking was for $58 USD per day with no need to reserve in advance. At the check-in counter I was told it was for $60 ($2 extra dollars fine), but yet I was charged $70.
