Liked: Corner room was nice.
Disliked: They totally messed up on the reservation I had booked for my physician. Luckily there was a room available but not what I had originally booked. The bed was a double instead of a king. It took him over an hour to get everything straightened out with the front desk which made him late for his meeting. We will not be using this hotel in the future.

Liked: Very friendly courteous staff with prompt service for shower cap request.Fantastic location, close to top restaurants cafes and night life.
Disliked: Very little amenities for the cost as no fridge in room water bottles were free downstairs and 2 in room. Breakfast was also not included. Parking was charged 5$ more than daily 45$ parking for outsiders!!! That was unacceptable as shouldnt parking be free for patrons who are paying so much for room everyday???

Exceptional staff and environment

Liked: A total of 20 of us stayed at the hotel and the service was outstanding. The hotel is down the street from Bourbon St. We were in walking distance from everything. The location, staff and overall atmosphere was outstanding!! I would absolutely stay there again and again.
Disliked: There is nothing I didn't like.

Perfect Hotel in the Perfect...

Liked: Fantastic hotel located in the heart of everything you want to do. It is part of the Bonvoy family, so has all the upper-level amenities such as well-trained high-service staff, key coded elevators, business area, huge fitness, great outdoor space, bar, restaurant and very helpful staff. The room was perfect, it was steps to all the tram and bus lines, or a short walk to Bourbon street, Riverside walk and all the stores, restaurants and night life you could want, with the extra benefit of being quiet. Would definitely pick again.
Disliked: I would love cheaper parking. We just dumped the car and to do that and have it be $15 (versus $45) would be amazing. There were $15 lots but not right beside the hotel.

Liked: The staff, service, food, amenities were AMAZING!!
Disliked: The only downfall was we found a bedbug in our room. Very disappointed in that BUT the entire team worked to ensure that everything was was done correctly and efficiently. They took the extra mile to make sure I was okay and comfortable as my anxiety level was through the roof. They immediately rectified the problem and made the remainder of our stay pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and felt at ease in our new room. The entire stay until this point was a 11/10 but due to this I had to give them a 6/10 because cleanliness is next to godliness and being that this was my first ever in life experience like this I was shocked and felt uneasy and uncomfortable despite all their best efforts. But they continued to earn my trust back and for that I would not count them out as a future hotel stay.
