Renaissance by Marriott Nashville Hotel

Definitely the best hotel in Nashville.

Liked: Extremely comfortable and modern. The staff was amazing.

Disliked: It is an older facility that could use updating. Parking was all valet or parking in a garage. $65 valet is pricey.

Great location near Broadway that...

Liked: Great location, great facilities and amazing staff. The staff were very helpful in locations to go for food, nightlife, etc. The rooms very very clean, and had plenty of space.
Disliked: Parking either at the hotel or nearby was very expensive but that is to expect with the demand for it.

Great location, beautiful lobby, nice...

Liked: Location. Decor in the main lobby, bar is beautiful but doesn’t really match the rooms for some reason.
Disliked: I was double charged (paid via booking.com in advance and charged again at the hotel) After multiple phone calls reassuring me that I would be refunded, I’m still waiting.

A great hotel to indulge...

Liked: Location was excellent to where I wanted to be in the city. Walking distance to the Morgan Wallen Bar & the 4th of July escapades. The room was very modern and comfortable bed to sleep in. Service team was quick and helpful to fix issues that arose. Staff was very friendly and approachable.
Disliked: The view wasn't the greatest, which not too of a big deal. The window could have been wider (more of structural design issue). The location of the toilet holder was way low. For staying one night I am not sure if the $30 credit got given back or not. For staying one night, that made it hard to be able to use. If I stayed multiple nights I would have liked to check out the food scenery that was provided at the hotel, which seemed high end causal.

Perfect location for Nashville bar...

Liked: Great location, clean rooms, nice bars on property, very friendly and helpful staff, destination perks!
Disliked: Street noise was loud on one of three nights of our stay (Saturday night)

40th birthday trip to Nashville...

Liked: Everything was perfect!! Came to Nashville for my 40th birthday trip and had an amazing time! The location was amazing, right around the corner from EVERYTHING!!! Convenient for all of what I was looking for! Staff was so so nice and helpful!!!
