Excellent /NEED TO CHANGE WEBSITE...

Liked: It was beautiful and comfortable the bed was very nice. Love the bathroom and the two shower heads was nice. **** so about the entrance and parking The website says the address but says nothing about the fact that you have to enter on 2nd at a completely different address The parking was 27.00$!! So you park at meters and they start at 7am. Can?t sleep late and 27.00 is too much. THAT IS PROBABLY THE REASON I MIGHT NOT. STAY THERE AGAIN. LOVED THE HOTEL THOUGH!!

Liked: It was in a nice spot. They used a single check in for both facilities.
Disliked: The room had NO drawers for clothes! Had to stack my clothes in the closet on the top shelf or lay then on the luggage rack. They tried but it certainly missed the mark.

Expected better, especially for the...

Liked: The room service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Bed was super comfy. The parking was easy and there was plenty of parking even for a Saturday night. Checkin was very quick and easy. Room service was quick.
Disliked: The suite we were given looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website for the suites. We were given the St. Cloud suite and had to walk quite a ways to our room. The only elevator was almost unbelievable far away from the suites. Our room looked much much older than the pictures. The TV was not clear on if there was a way to rent a movie, the only way to watch a movie not on TV was to log into my own Netflix account which felt a little cheap when we were paying over $250 for the night. TV quality was not great for the price of the suite. The shower was designed in a such a way that the water would spray and go out of the tub no matter where you stood in the shower or had the shower curtain, so some of our clothes got wet and the floor got very slippery.
