Disliked: The staff was not welcoming at all, not surprised to see a 5 stars hotel with such a low rate.The hotel is super old, I guess it would get -2 stars if they checked it again.

Disliked: The bed is too large for the room and unnecessarily large for 2 people. A regular king size would be fine and would give more space to move around.The sheets/duvet could not be pulled up which meant I had to move down the bed and could not get comfortableThe bathroom is very small but ok for a short stay

Disliked: Music too loud on Friday and Saturday. Impossible to rest I was on 3 floor and still listening. Restaurant Pacifico extremely expensive. Nobody helps with the luggage. First thing the receptionist told me was breakfast not included. He should say something about the benefits of the hotel. HotelI stayed at this hotel recently and had a few concerns that I think are worth mentioning. First, the music in the hotel was unbearably loud on Friday and Saturday nights. Even though I was on the third floor, the noise made it impossible to get any rest.The restaurant, Pacifico, was extremely overpriced, and I was disappointed by the overall value. Also, there was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, which was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber.When I checked in, the first thing the receptionist mentioned was that breakfast wasn't included, but it would have been more helpful if they had taken the time to inform me about the hotel's amenities and benefits instead.Overall, the experience was less than satisfactory, and I hope the management considers these issues for future guests.

Disliked: Car park is limited.
