We have a nice stay.

Liked: We like the location because it’s very near the airport. The staff are nice and very accommodating. We stayed only overnight because we have early flight from Heathrow. They help us get a taxi at 4am.

Comfortable able to relax before...

Liked: Customer service was excellent. Dining room service superb. Comfortable bed helped. Slept well.
Disliked: Only downside I didn't receive my morning alarm call. Apparently I wasn't the only one.

A woderful place to stay...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable with options for restaurants. We really enjoyed the Lounge area! Very helpful with making reservations for taxi service for an early morning flight.
