Liked: The personal service! We were contacted by phone on the day we checked in to ask about timings for afternoon tea. As we were planning a late arrival this was not possible. The hotel kept the option open to the following day and mid afternoon we collected our left luggage and enjoyed tea & scones before our final departure.5* thoughtfulness & generosity ! Thank you.
