Disappointing

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. My body was itchy the entire time. I felt as if it was full of bed bugs. My body ended with a rash. We paid so much money to have a few hours of rest in between flights, however the bed was so uncomfortable that I was not able to rest at all. I used the wifi and registered to be a member. The front desk staff charged me for wifi. I had to go back and request a refund. It's ridiculous that a hotel will charge $16 to use wifi when other hotels offer it for free. The catch is that unless you register for the membership you pay .

Liked: I'm retired from the military and I think this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Your dining and front counter staff are outstanding.

Disliked: Breakfast on Saturday starts later. No free parking.
