It was amazing!
Liked: It was exceptionally modern, and clean. The pool was amazing, and very clean as well. The breakfast is AMAZING!!! and the area where we eat is very modern and clean. The bedroom we stayed in was very comfortable and very clean, and the bathroom was the same.
Disliked: Nothing!!! :)

Sport club is the best...
Liked: The best feature was sports club: two swimming pools, multiple exercises machines, membership for the time of stay in the hotel included. I took Aquasize classe, which was very good. Bed was comnfortable and the area quiet.
Disliked: There was a restaurant, which was good, but expensive. There are no other businesses around, so we had to eat in the restaurant. There was no daily cleaning of the room - none at all during our three days stay, but at my request additional towels were brought. You have to park in the hotel garage, which is $35 a day. The price of the room turned out to be "flexible", the second two nights considerably more expensive than the rate originally quoted.

Liked: The gym, and the amenities.
Disliked: The room was so mistreated, the screws in the shower drain stuck out and would scrape my feet, the shower bar handle was broken, the phone didn't dial as displayed. The staff didn't offer to refill any of the coffee or water bottles, they only refilled it when we asked for the room to be cleaned. If we didn't ask for the room to be cleaned or requested it we didn't get refills on anything. Everyday the coffee and water should be refilled even if the room isn't cleaned. The snack bags weren't offered or even advertised. The bed was so uncomfortable and there was no bellhop or even a cart to bring up our bags. I wanted to extend my stay and I had to jump through hoops just to reserve it. The guest really doesn't seem to be the priority... Most hotels have a front desk that can do just about everything. For the rates you charge the service was mediocre. I basically got the worst room in the hotel. Paying the rate I paid I'd expect a lot more service.
