Liked: The rooms are spacious
Disliked: The hotel has one half working microwave for the whole hotel... Also I got a cough that led to a very bad fever while at the hotel which tells me the rooms wasnt properly cleaned I absolutely would never stay here again!

Don?t do it!

Liked: It?s such a shame because this hotel had such major potential to be somewhere you?d want to stay at again, and unfortunately it was not. My little family and I rented the king suite due to the space (I have 2 little boys) and immediately was disappointed. Not only did the room look like it occasionally gets used as a conference room, it also smelled musty and like stale cigarettes. I requested a new room, which was provided to me no problem, I just had to downgrade and move to the 15th floor due to no comparable room being available, no big deal. But, here?s what happens next...while on the move to the 15th floor we discover that not one elevator would allow us to get to it. We weren?t sure why and so to resolve that problem we stopped at the 14th floor and took the stairs to the 15th. Finally we make it to our new room. The room itself wasn?t bad, it just wasn?t really welcoming and overall did not feel too comfortable. I managed to have left my phone in the prior room and was told to come downstairs to get a new key and they would let me in to see if it was there- the key ended up not working. I call again and this time the the woman at the front desk meets me at the room. It turned out that my phone was there. Awesome! But here we go again, right before leaving the room the woman proceeds to question what I was smelling cause ?she didn?t smell it?. We stayed although I wanted to leave and left pretty much first thing in the morning. We didn?t feel comfortable being there any longer with covid going around and the lack of social distancing and cleanliness. Long story short: I would not recommend this hotel, not worth the money even if you get a ?great deal?. Super disappointing since we were just staying the night for my son's birthday due to the lack of options now a days.
Disliked: No social distancing and I never felt like I was in good hands considering covid. It literally felt like any originally day with the front desk wearing mask.

Passable

Liked: Room was clean, room service was respectful and polite had a great stay except dealing with front desk guy Orlando and a next which I didn't see his name tag.
Disliked: Front desk staff named Orlando was rude and unhelpful. Didn't want to listen to my concerns and think he could just walk off on me. If that's the treatment your hotel offers I am better trying someplace else and never use this franchise.
