This was a terrible stay...
Liked: First I booked a room that had supposed Lounge Club access. That doesn’t exist on weekends at this hotel and was part of the room rate. Called booking.com - was told someone would call me and refund me- and no call. Had a toilet that ran all night every 10-15 minutes. A housecleaning person walked right in the room while I stood at the door and started taking my towels until I asked her what she was doing-Incredibly inappropriate and wrong. Room service “20 minutes” came in 60 in a brown bag and stone cold -not edible. Coffee with 30 packs of sweeteners and not a drop of milk/ cream. Complained to hotel Returned at night after being gone all day to find the same awful breakfast food still sitting in the room.Worst hotel experience I have had in many years. Lots of promises of compensating/ comping for all of these issues and no manager has followed up and Booking.com has done nothing.Incredible! Terrible!

Liked: I searched the Bonvoy and Booking.com site
Disliked: Every store in the area closes around 9 even the gas stations. If you plan to Uber to Chicago downtown area plan to spend $50 to $60.
